Terms & Conditions

Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Athar Tours (operated by Ahlul Athar, Victoria, Australia). By booking a tour, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
• A deposit of AUD $200 is required for bookings above AUD $499.
• Full payment must be settled no later than one week before your tour date.
• Maximum group size: 10 people per tour.

Pricing

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Pricing tiers: Standard (1-4 people) and Group (5-10 people). Prices differ between tiers.
• Basic Package: AUD $299 (4 pax or fewer) / AUD $499 (5-10 pax)
• Premium Package: AUD $499 (4 pax or fewer) / AUD $699 (5-10 pax)
• VIP Package: AUD $999 (4 pax or fewer) / AUD $1,299 (5-10 pax)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: full refund (minus any transaction fees).
• Cancellations within 7 days of the tour date: Basic / Premium (4 pax or fewer): AUD $50 cancellation fee applies.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the tour date: all other packages: AUD $100 cancellation fee applies.
• No refund will be issued for reductions in group size within 7 days of the tour.

Availability During Religious Seasons

• Tours are unavailable during the Hajj period.
• During Ramadan, availability is very limited and itineraries may be adjusted.

Tour Start Times

• Tours depart at either 8:00am or 3:00pm (Madinah local time, Arabia Standard Time).
• Badr tours depart at 8:00am only.
• Start times are confirmed at time of booking.

Liability

Athar Tours is not responsible for delays or changes caused by factors outside our control (e.g. crowd surges at holy sites, road closures, weather). We will always make reasonable alternative arrangements.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Children

Children under 8 years of age travel free of charge and are not counted toward the overall group size. You must notify us of this prior to booking. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Our tours are suitable for all ages.
