What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before your tour date. Within 7 days, a cancellation fee of AUD $50 applies for Basic and Premium packages (groups of 1-4). No refund applies for last-minute group size reductions within 7 days.

Do I need to pay everything upfront?

For bookings above AUD $499, a AUD $200 deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment is due one week before your tour date.

Are tours available during Hajj or Ramadan?

We are unavailable during the Hajj period. During Ramadan, availability is very limited with adjusted itineraries - we strongly recommend enquiring early.

Can you accommodate elderly guests or those with mobility needs?

Yes. Please mention any special requirements or mobility considerations in your booking form and we will make the necessary arrangements.

What language do the guides speak?

All our guides are fluent English speakers.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during Umrah seasons. Fill in our enquiry form and we'll confirm availability for your dates.

What's the maximum group size?

All our tours accommodate a maximum of 10 people per group. This page covers groups of 1-4. For groups of 5-10, please visit our group pricing page.
